Campaign Contributions

Contributions made to the Committee to Elect Marco Iafrate are generally considered final and non-refundable.
 

By making a contribution, you represent and warrant that:

• The contribution is made voluntarily.

• The funds being contributed are your own.

• The contribution complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• The information provided during the contribution process is accurate and complete.
   

Refund Requests

The Committee to Elect Marco Iafrate may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for refunds in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate contributions made in error.

• Contributions processed in an incorrect amount.

• Unauthorized contributions resulting from fraudulent use of a payment method.

• Contributions determined to be impermissible under applicable campaign finance laws.
   

Requests for refunds should be submitted as soon as possible after the contribution is made.

Review of Refund Requests

Each refund request will be reviewed individually.
 

The Campaign reserves the right to:

• Approve or deny any refund request;

• Request additional information to verify the request;

• Refund all or part of a contribution when required by law or campaign finance regulations.
   

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days, although actual posting times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
 

Contributions Required to Be Returned

The Campaign reserves the right to return, reject, or refund any contribution that:

• Exceeds applicable legal limits;

• Is determined to be prohibited by law;

• Cannot be lawfully accepted under applicable campaign finance regulations;

• Raises concerns regarding compliance, fraud, or eligibility.
